Description

About the Book:
This book takes you on a voyage across the North of England through some of the most stunning scenery in the whole country. Whether you plan to do the walk, have completed it, or just love wonderful countryside, this book is perfect from start to finish.
From St Bees Head on the Irish Sea to Robin Hood’s Bay on the North Sea, the Coast to Coast walk is about 200 miles long. It was first walked by Wainwright and, in 1973, he published the route in one of his inimitable guides.
The walk, which links three National Parks, is known for its magnificent views as it crosses the Lake District, over the Pennines into Swaledale and ending with a walk through the Cleveland Hills and over the North Yorkshire Moors.

About the Author:
